ALIGN
You’re not falling apart. You’re holding everything together—and it’s costing you more than you can name.

You’re capable. Responsible. Reliable.
And carrying emotional, mental, and physical weight that no one sees.
This isn’t about weakness.
It’s about what happens when responsibility becomes a way of surviving.

ALIGN isn’t a space that asks you to stop your life, explain yourself, or make drastic changes.

It’s a live, facilitated space to make sense of what you’re carrying—without being asked to give anything up before you’re ready.

What ALIGN Is
ALIGN is a 2.5-hour live, virtual workshop for women who are functioning on autopilot and need language, clarity, and validation—not another demand on their time or energy.

Many women in this space aren’t looking to “heal” or “transform.”
They’re tired of managing their emotions in silence while trying to keep everything else moving.

If you’re honest, you might say:
-
“I’m tired of thinking about my emotions.”
-
“I know something needs to change, but I don’t have the capacity to make big changes right now.”
-
“Slowing down feels like it would cost me too much.”
There is nothing wrong with you for this.
These are survival responses—learned ways of staying functional, dependable, and steady in systems that require you to keep going.

ALIGN offers:
-
understanding before action
-
language before decisions
-
awareness without pressure

ALIGN helps you recognize what’s happening beneath the autopilot, without asking you to dismantle your life.

Workshop Details

What ALIGN holds
ALIGN holds space for the woman who believed that pushing through would keep her safe or help her succeed.

It did. But now the ways she learned to stay responsible, capable, and steady may no longer fit the season she's in.

This space isn’t about figuring out your whole life.

It’s intentionally designed to help you:
-
notice what you’ve been carrying for a long time
-
make sense of internal tension without rushing to fix it
-
understand why rest isn't restorative
-
leave with clearer language and a steadier sense of direction
Nothing here asks you to make drastic changes.
Nothing here requires you to explain or justify yourself.

ALIGN is a reflective, time-bound container meant to offer understanding before action.

Who ALIGN Is For?
ALIGN Might Be for You If…
-
You’re functioning well on the outside, but internally something feels off
-
You’ve outgrown the version of yourself that got you here, but don’t yet have language for what’s next
-
You’re craving clarity and alignment—not another push to do more or be better
-
You sense that rest alone isn’t restorative, because the issue isn’t workload—it’s internal tension.
-
You want to move forward with integrity, without blowing up your life or forcing premature decisions.
ALIGN Is Not for You If…
-
You’re looking for a quick fix, or a breakthrough high

-
You’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do

-
You want a passive experience you can half-attend while multitasking

-
You’re seeking therapy, coaching, or long-term support rather than a focused recalibration space
-
You’re not open to noticing what’s true for you

This clarity isn’t about exclusion—It’s about protecting the space for the women it’s meant to serve.

What to Expect in ALIGN
ALIGN is a live, facilitated experience—not a lecture and not a recording.
This is a space designed to reduce pressure, not add to it.

During our time together, we’ll gently explore three core areas—not to fix or change them, but to bring language and awareness to what’s already happening.

Mindset
We’ll spend time noticing the beliefs, expectations, and assumptions that quietly shape how you move through your days—many of which were learned in order to survive, succeed, or stay responsible. This isn’t about “shifting” your mindset, but understanding it with more compassion and clarity.
Values
We’ll explore what actually matters to you now—not what you’ve been expected to prioritize, carry, or protect for others. This is about recognizing where your energy has been going, and why certain decisions feel heavier than they should.

Actions
Rather than focusing on productivity or habit change, we’ll look at how your day-to-day patterns reflect what you’ve been carrying internally. This includes what you do, what you avoid, and where autopilot has taken over—not as a problem to solve, but as information.

Throughout the experience:

-
You won’t be asked to share more than you’re comfortable with
-
You won’t be pushed toward decisions or commitments
-
You won’t be expected to “do” anything differently right away

The goal is understanding before action—so whatever comes next is informed, not forced.

Hi, I'm Erika
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and guide for high-performing women of color navigating internal tension, identity shifts, and seasons of becoming.

My work centers on helping women make sense of what they’re carrying—especially when they’ve learned how to stay responsible, capable, and steady for a long time.

I approach this work from the belief that most responses aren’t signs of something being wrong, but signs of adaptation.

ALIGN is an important cornerstone of this work.
It creates space for women to recognize that their reactions make sense, to understand why they may be operating on autopilot, and to gain language for what’s happening beneath the surface—without pressure to change everything or perform healing.

If ALIGN feels supportive to you, you’re welcome to join the next workshop.

A Final Note...
You don’t need a crisis or breaking point to choose recalibration.

If this feels like the right moment to understand yourself more clearly, I’ll be honored to hold the space with you.

If it’s not the right time, trust that too.
