It is the practice of paying attention to what is influencing your thoughts, emotions, choices, and behavior—then deciding what still deserves authority in your life.
In this work, we slow down before we strategize.
We look at what is happening now: the pressure, resentment, urgency, silence, resistance, or body cues showing up around your decisions. Those signals often point toward expectations, needs, or beliefs that have not been fully named.
Once they are named, you can begin making choices from awareness instead of automatic responsibility.

At this time, SheSHEDS™ Self-Leadership Coaching is available through limited 1:1 coaching.
This private coaching space allows us to focus on what is currently asking for your attention and what kind of support would help you move forward with more clarity and intention.
During a consultation, we’ll talk through what is bringing you here, what you’re hoping to change, and whether coaching is the right container for this season.
A note about coaching and therapy
SheSHEDS™ Self-Leadership Coaching is not therapy and is not a replacement for mental health treatment.
Coaching may be a good fit if you are seeking support with identity, self-leadership, decision-making, goals, capacity, relationships, work, leadership, and intentional change.
Therapy may be a better fit if you are seeking clinical care for anxiety, depression, trauma responses, grief, emotional distress, relationship strain, or symptoms that are interfering with daily functioning.
My therapeutic training informs how I coach, but coaching does not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis care, or treatment of a mental health condition. If we determine that therapy would be a more responsible fit, I will name that clearly and help you consider appropriate next steps.
