SheSHEDS® Self-Leadership Coaching for High-Performing Women

You may be fully capable of handling your responsibilities while recognizing that guilt, urgency, obligation, or other people’s expectations are carrying more weight in your choices than your own values and priorities.

SheSHEDS® Self-Leadership Coaching is a structured, identity-centered process for high-performing women who are questioning a decision, goal, role, or direction and want to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Through coaching, we examine what is influencing your choices, clarify what still fits, and identify the decisions and actions that better reflect who you are becoming and the life or leadership you want to build.

Self-leadership is not about pushing yourself harder.

Self-leadership is the practice of noticing what is influencing how you respond and choosing your next step with greater awareness and intention.

In this work, we slow down before we strategize.

We look closely at the decision, transition, conflict, or goal bringing you to coaching. We examine the pressure, resentment, urgency, avoidance, silence, or physical tension that may be showing up around it—and what those responses reveal about your needs, beliefs, responsibilities, and values.

From there, we identify what still fits, what no longer does, and what may need to change in how you decide, communicate, set boundaries, or follow through.

You will not be asked to reject the parts of yourself that learned to be capable, responsible, accommodating, or strong. We will examine what those ways of functioning have made possible, where they may now be limiting your choices, and whether they still support the life or leadership you are building.

Our work may focus on:

  • A decision or transition complicated by competing responsibilities and expectations

  • Goals that no longer reflect your current values or definition of success

  • Roles you continue performing in your family, work, relationships, or leadership

  • Choices driven primarily by guilt, fear, obligation, perfectionism, or urgency

  • Difficulty identifying what you want before considering what everyone else needs

  • Boundaries, communication, and follow-through needed to support an intentional change

Choose the level of support that fits your focus

Private coaching is offered through two finite engagements. Both provide a structured process for understanding what is influencing your choices, clarifying what matters, and putting your decisions into practice.

The difference is the scope of what you are addressing and the amount of time needed to implement and sustain the change.

You do not need to decide which package you need before scheduling a consultation. We will discuss your goals and determine together which level of support is appropriate.

Extended Self-Leadership Coaching

Extended Coaching is designed for a larger identity, life, or leadership transition that requires additional time for reflection, decision-making, implementation, and adjustment.

It may be a fit when one central concern is affecting several connected areas of your life—such as your work, relationships, responsibilities, leadership, or definition of success.

Although this engagement allows for greater depth, our work remains organized around one central coaching objective rather than becoming open-ended support.

Your coaching engagement includes:

  • Ten private coaching sessions over five months

  • One 90-minute foundation session

  • Nine 60-minute coaching sessions

  • A pre-coaching reflection questionnaire

  • A personalized coaching focus and roadmap

  • Reflection prompts or exercises relevant to your goals

  • A midpoint review and realignment

  • A final integration and long-term self-leadership plan

Investment: $5,000

Payment may be made in full or divided into two monthly payments of $2,750.

Focused Self-Leadership Coaching

Focused Coaching is designed for one defined decision, transition, goal, or area of misalignment.

It may be a fit when you know what needs your attention but need structured support to understand what has made the decision difficult, clarify what matters, and determine how you want to move forward.

Your coaching engagement includes:

  • Six private coaching sessions over 12 weeks

  • One 90-minute foundation session

  • Five 60-minute coaching sessions

  • A pre-coaching reflection questionnaire

  • A personalized coaching focus and roadmap

  • Reflection prompts or exercises relevant to your goals

  • A final integration and continuation plan

Investment: $3,000

Payment may be made in full or divided into two monthly payments of $1,650.

All coaching sessions are held virtually. Coaching packages are complete engagements rather than ongoing monthly subscriptions. Coaching fees are private-pay and cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.

A note about coaching and therapy

Coaching and therapy may both include conversations about identity, relationships, work, leadership, and change. The difference is not simply the topic being discussed. The difference is the purpose of the work and the level of care you need.

SheSHEDS® Self-Leadership Coaching is a nonclinical, present- and future-focused service. It may be appropriate when you are not seeking treatment for a mental health condition and want structured support to clarify your priorities, make decisions, and implement intentional change.

Therapy may be the more appropriate service when anxiety, depression, grief, trauma responses, emotional distress, or recurring relational difficulties require clinical assessment and treatment—particularly when symptoms are affecting your daily functioning, relationships, health, or safety. Therapy may also provide the clinical space needed to understand and address the emotional and relational roots of patterns that cannot be responsibly addressed through coaching alone.

My training as a therapist informs how I listen, ask questions, and recognize when clinical care may be needed. Coaching does not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis support, or treatment of a mental health condition. If therapy appears to be the more responsible fit, I will name that clearly and help you consider the appropriate next step.

“Shifting my mindset seemed so simple but it wasn’t. I didn’t realize how much I depended on certain parts of my identity. I appreciate the challenge… I don’t always like it when Erika calls me out on my shit, but I love how supportive she is when she does it. I needed that sort of accountability.”

Ready to explore whether coaching is the right next step?

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.

During your consultation, we will talk about what you are noticing, what you want to change, and the kind of support you need. I will also answer your questions and explain how 1:1 coaching works so we can determine whether SheSHEDS® Self-Leadership Coaching is the appropriate fit.

The consultation is a conversation about fit, not a commitment. There is no pressure to begin before you are ready.
